Our website offers sells latex clothing and related products, some of which are printed with our own designs or third party renditions. When you place an order with us, we need to record personal data in order to process your order. With regard to any imagery, text and/or photographs that you have uploaded, you agree at the time of order that you either own the copyright to this file or files (as per the instruction at the time of order), and we require these files in order to produce your order.

We will not use these files for any other purposes, unless permission is expressly granted, and these files are deleted from our systems within twelve months, which means that should you require the item to be re-made either due to an error, or loss of goods in transit, or other reasons, we shall still have your files in order to re-produce your products. Should you require that we delete these files at an earlier time, please simply contact us and request the deletion of your files, which we will do so immediately at request.

We fully comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.  You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from us.  We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party.
  
We will only send you promotional emails about our products or services, if you have “opted in” to receive our emails. We use one of the world’s most renown and trustworthy mailing list providers, MailChimp, and our mailing list is “double opt in” which means you have to confirm that you would like to opt in to our list, and at the time that you opt in, this is recorded along with your IP address, so that we have a clear audit trail when it comes to consent to email you.  

Should you wish to “opt out” at any time, there is a very clear link at the bottom of each email to unsubscribe, and clicking this link will result in you opting out of our mailing list at which point you will be removed from the mailing list, and we will not send you further communications of this nature.
  
Aside from our mailing list, if you have contacted us, either in person, via telephone or via email, and requested information to be delivered to you via email, such as further product information or a quotation, in this case we rely on the legal base of “Legitimate Interest” when it comes to the email correspondence that we will send to you as requested.
